What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.99, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.
How can I return an item I recently purchased?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can also view order updates by logging into your Custo account.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Custo ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include more international destinations in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
